Kelly Clements has been an executive coach since 2004 with a focus on entrepreneurship and high performance teams. She has spent over 15,000 hours behind closed doors with the entrepreneurial elite and deeply understands the journey, and the psychology, of the business owner. Through these crucial conversations, she has uncovered a gap in the coaching space. Her background also includes working for Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, and Sea Pines Resort on Hilton Head Island. She holds her Bachelors Degree in Commercial Recreation from Illinois State University. She is also a mom committed to showing her sons (Will, (2007) and Luke,(2009) all that life has to offer.
